Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Township Apparel. We appreciate your business and want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
The Short Version: Only damaged or defective items are eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at service@townshipapparel.com as soon as possible. We will help you work through the exchange / return process, which will likely include submitting a photo of the damaged or defective item. Examples of eligible exchanges would be If you receive defective or damaged orders (such as damage to the delivered products), errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product. Should you want to submit a new order, we will cover the cost(s) of the new order.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on your shipping packaging.
Since all items are made to order, exchanges from one size to another of the same item are not an eligible return. If you need a different size other than the one you initially purchased, we suggest gifting your original item(s) to someone who can use it and reordering the item in the size needed at the customer's expense.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
Return Window
You can return your purchased items within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Items cannot be returned for size or because they do not fit.

Personalized items are non-returnable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
